REVELATION

I borrowed yesterday from tomorrow

DENIAL

People want to see what they want to see
From their point of view, biased as it may be
One also expects another to see the projected
Such is the nature of man, between you and me
Plain truth may be rejected once the seer is effected.

FACADE

Some of us have been locked in a personality
only in deepest dreams may truth show its face
we know very well the false aspect of our nature
yet, we often hide behind a disguised disposition.
Vanity demands, we dress up to appropriate attire
to have an appearance of what we supposedly are
strange as this may sound, we are willfully impaired
assumed distinctions are constantly being compared.

LONG DUE

A wake up call has been promptly intercepted
Sophisticated methods used by spying oglers
Picking the message like a thread from butter
In a matter of moments blinders were fluttered
Orders were released to locate loose roosters
Eyebrows were raised, beaks were tightened.
Fractured were relations in draconian quarters
Noble oligarchic vestiges were facing extinction
Nerves were sharpened, sabers rattled in vain
Assuming the masses would absorb this pain
As dust settled like snowfall upon the polished
A new World order is strictly to be established
The streaming herds are alerted to take a cue
This was long due but the masses had no clue
Of how to turn the darkened sky back into blue.
